Q: How much investment do I require?
A: You need an initial investment of £2,995. You will also need additional working capital to fund you during the initial stages whilst you build your business and bring on clients.
Q: Is the initial fee a one off fee?
A: The initial investment fee of £2,995 is a one off fee and you never pay this again. This fee grants you the license to operate under the iOrderBot brand and sell iOrderBot services.
Q: Do I have to pay royalties?
A: You do not need to pay any royalties. You will however have to pay £100/month management fee for ongoing support and development. This fee includes a number of "Free Dashboard Credits" that can be applied to Food Ordering, Reputation Management and Social Posting Systems. Each live System after this will be charged at a monthly fee.
Q: How much can I earn?
A: Your earnings are dependant on the sales you generate. You keep all of the setup fee that you charge to your client and also the monthly fees less our hosting costs. You can also provide additional services to increase your earnings with every client.
Q: Who does the customer pay?
A: The customers pays you directly for the services you provide as they are your customer. How you receive payment is up to you. Normally we suggest your client pays you 50% of the setup fee upfront and the remainder when their products are live. You will also need to set up monthly billing for the hosting and ongoing management fees you charge.
Q: How long is the contract?
A: The contract is for a minimum period of 12 months. After 12 months you can continue on a rolling monthly basis. Although we do not expect you to, you can terminate any time after 12 months by providing a one month notice period.
Q: Do I have restricted territory?
A: You can market your services as far and as wide as you want. There are no geographical restrictions.
Q: Can I sell complimentary services?
A: You are free to offer any other services you may be skilled in performing for your clients. Plus, we have an ever-growing Add-Ons section, allowing you to utilise these services and resell to your clients.
Q: Do I operate under the iOrderBot brand?
A: Yes you would operate under the iOrderBot brand. We provide you with all the branded sales tools, business cards, brochures and business documents. You are free to modify and amend these as you see fit.
Q: Can I sell my business in the future?
A: Yes you can sell your business at anytime in the future once you have built up a customer base. If we find a buyer for you, there is 10% finders fee.
Q: Do I need technical experience?
A: No you do not. Our Food Ordering, Reputation Management and Social Posting Systems have been built to be as user-friendly and non-technical as possible. You will however need basic computer skills to allow you to update text/content within the systems.
Q: What am I expected to do?
A: You will research and identify businesses that may benefit from your services. Once you have made contact with them and they wish to proceed with your services, you will advise them on what is required from them before the project starts. This includes the systems you believe will help their business as well as strategy etc moving forward.
Q: Are there any up-sell opportunities?
A: Absolutely. You can up-sell other services you wish to offer to your client. We have some Add-On services that you can utilise or you offer these yourself.
Q: Does iOrderBot provide customer contracts?
A: Yes we do. We provide you with all the business documents you require including proposals documents and detailed terms of service that you can provide to your customers.
Q: What support do I receive?
A: Once you have completed your training, you will be provided unlimited support via telephone and email from our expert Support Team. You will also be kept up to date with ongoing developments via email, webinars and Partner Updates section within our Partner Dashboard.
Q: Do you own the technology?
A: Absolutely! Blood, sweat and tears have gone into the making of all of our Tech. We aren't like other businesses that white-label the software and pass it off as their own. All our platforms are completely bespoke and will continue to develop over time. We believe it is important be in complete control of the tech that we offer. This means we are in a much preferred position when it comes to implementing feedback from Partners and developing the tech further.
Q: What products am I selling?
A: You are free to pick and choose what products you sell to your clients. The three platforms you will have the ability to resell when you join us are the Food Ordering Platform, Reputation Management Platform and Social Posting Platform. You can find out more about these products here.
Q: Do you provide me with demos that I can show my prospect?
A: We provide you with everything you require to be able to successfully convert your prospects into revenue generating clients. This includes training, so you have an intimate understanding of your offerings and all the necessary marketing collateral, as well as a lead generating website.
